We are now able to offer to carry out Domestic Energy Assessments to the domestic market in accordance with the HIP Regulations.
An Energy Performance Certificate is required when a property is marketed and is an important part of the Home Information Pack designed to advise potential buyers of the efficiency of the property and energy savings that can be made.
In addition, from October 2008 an EPC will be required upon change of tenancy of a property in the Social Housing sector. This will affect both local authorities and housing associations where we can assist in this market.
It is also envisaged that the Company will become involved in the production of Energy Performance Certificates and Display Energy Certificates to the commercial market (Non-dwellings) when these become a requirement throughout 2008.

In April 2007 Structural Renovations completed repair works to the Campbell circuit at the world famous Brooklands race track.
Traditional techniques were employed in repairing the, now listed, track utilising a mix design similar to that used when it was first constructed in 1907.
The track, once famous for Selwyn Edge’s non-stop 24 hour driving record, now houses the new Mercedes-Benz World museum.

In January 2007 we achieved registration with Constructionline,
the UK register of pre-qualified construction services run as partnership between the DTI and Capita.
