    West London Mansion Block

    Structural Renovations have been awarded the concrete repair works to a large 85-year-old red brick mansion block in West London that is currently undergoing external refurbishment. Delicate repairs are required to failing concrete elements including ornamental urns, balustrades and detailed balcony edges and cills.

    Overcoating One of the Largest Barrel Roofs in the Country

    Slough-based Structural Renovations was short-listed in the Concrete Category of the Construction News 'Specialist in Construction Awards 2006' held at the Park Lane Hilton on 11th May 2006.

    These prestigious awards are supported by both the Specialist Contractors Council and the Specialist Engineering Contractors Group and recognise the critical role played by specialist contractors of all sizes and types in this country's construction projects.

    One of the largest barrel roofs in the country has recently been given at least another 15 years of life by the application of a cold liquid applied roof membrane. Further details can be found on our Project Profiles page or by clicking here.

    Completion of Works to Building of Local Interest

    Built in 1923, The Arnussi is a homage to Egyptian and Middle Eastern architecture. Due to the many alterations and additions to the building, the external envelope was in need of repair and protection that was achieved by the use of a variety of concrete and render techniques followed by an elastomeric coating.

    The February issue of The Concrete Society magazine, Concrete, features an article about the basement swimming pool repair contract carried out by the Company.  A copy can be seen here and is also featured in the Project Profile section.
