    Straightening the Bezier

Structural Renovations Ltd has recently completed the installation of carbon fibre plates to floors of both blocks of the unique Bezier Building at the junction of Old Street and City Road in London.

The use of composites resin bonded to the top floor cantilevered structural slabs was introduced to facilitate additional loading requirements and to limit the amount of permanent steelwork propping required to the floors below.

    Return to Palace Theatre

Working in the ‘dark’ periods between performances and between productions Structural Renovations have been carrying out a variety of operations in a number of London theatres on behalf of The Really Useful Group. Most recently, water ingress was solved by the application of a waterproof render in basement areas and resin injection techniques were used to repair brickwork to the proscenium arch of the Palace Theatre.
