Since formation in 1993, Structural Renovations Ltd has been an active member of the recognised trade body for our sector of the Construction Industry, the Concrete Repair Association (CRA).
The CRA has set high standards of workmanship and technical competence for members as well as the requirement for members to be accredited to BS EN ISO 9002 which the company obtained in 1996 and achieved the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 Standard in 2003.

Colour Render Training
The
Company is committed to completing the highest quality projects for their
clients. This is achieved by operating a quality management system together
with providing training for all employees in trade skills, health and
safety and management techniques. Training is continually reviewed, taking
into account the individual and project needs.
We
have many operatives working towards NVQs at a variety of levels and
all operatives and staff hold CSCS cards either in concrete repair,
liquid roofing or management skills. In 2003
the Company achieved the recognition of an Investor in People organisation
and following review in October 2005 this recognition was maintained. Furthermore in November 2006 we achieved the Gold Standard of Commitment as a result of 75% of the company's workforce being registered under the scheme.
